A trillion here, a trillion there, pretty soon you are talking real money. An update from Everett Dirksen's comment years ago.
It's nice to think that somebody actually allows senators the opportunity to hear what they are spending money on.
Will it be read in Spanish for the senators who did not dial "1"?
