How does he have standing?
He’s a Democrat. The seriousness of the charges alone matter if a Democrat accuses someone.
But a powerful Democrat could be videotaped bragging about the scope of the voter fraud machine in the works and it isn’t evidence of anything to those on the Left, not even under RICO.
Why would this Chinese rent-boy open himself up to discovery?
Buried in the complaint is the conclusory allegation that he, among numerous others, suffered “physical and emotional injury.” He doesn’t allege how, nor does he even make it clear that he suffered one or both types of injury. That isn’t enough to satisfy the Twombly/Iqbal standard, so probably not enough to allege a legal injury conferring standing. Or to state a cause of action.
