National Guard members armed with M4 rifles braced for rebellion that never came. Razor wire lined miles of steel fencing that went unbreached. Trump remained in Florida, where it was 70 degrees and sunny. Capitol Police say intelligence shows militia group may be plotting to breach the Capitol.

Yes, smart people tend to give up their superstitious beliefs at a much younger age.
Starting with the Tooth Fairy, then the Easter Bunny, then Santa Clause, etc.., we begin to let go of childhood myths, one by one.
The process usually involves conversations with our parents, who confirm our suspicions that these fabled characters are indeed imaginary - made up for stories, partly for entertainment, and partly to spare small children from the adult reality of how much of life is unknown, and how much is beyond our control.
In some families, these important conversations never take place, and superstitions must be weeded out in the schoolyard among friends.
Sadly, there are entire neighborhoods of not very smart people where superstitious beliefs are carried into adulthood, and passed on to the next generation.
The FBLIE probably just read a report that the British were moving on the Capitol and timely shared that info. So, both Bidet and Pelousy have decided they need to fortify the Capitol.
Anyone believing the crapola that Trump or his supporters were going to attack the capitol on March 4th probably believes all the other nonsense Wray has put out from there being no election fraud to roving armies of militia forming up across the US landscape. Those clowns cannot even put together a plausible fabrication.
I threw out the popcorn I bought for the shows, it went way past the use by date. The only show I see now is the one emanating from Washington D.C. Inaction is the same as tacit approval in my book.

The full formula is a bit more complex.
You take the published date, say May 15th, add the 2 digits of the date together, divide that result by two, then roundup, and add it to the date. So May 15th becomes 15 + ((1 + 5) / 2) or May 18th.
Unless the published date is after the 21st of the month, in which case you run the same formula as before but you subtract the difference. So May 21st Becomes 21 - ((2 + 1) / 2) or May 19th.
And of course there’s the salt value of 3 added to any date where the month name ends in “er”.
And the special rule of adding 1 to the calculated date when any year is divisible by 2 as long as it is not a leap year.
