It’s incredibly racist. Why does Biden diminish the thinking capacity of neanderthals? Because they look “funny” compared to homo-sapiens? They produced some pretty sophisticated cave paintings 65,000 years ago for a species Biden considers “dumb”.

I advise removing the mandate nationwide.
And advise those at risk to take appropriate cautions.
They know what to do now.
Avoid enclosed spaces they do not control. Minimize contact with others. Wash your hands. And get vaccinated.
Open up everything and remove all mandates.

That's 'species-ist' as well as specious! Neanderthals (Homo neanderthalensis) were, by latest theories, equally intelligent to Modern Man (Homo sapiens sapiens), but more specialized to glacial climates. Given that pResident Joe, is of European lineage, he may have up to 20% Neanderthal genes, which may give clls to uttering an oxymoron.
Now lets see if Texas & Mississippi will more closely follow Florida & South Dakota in this outbreak. California & New York, remaining restricted, can prove Joe's acuity, baring other factors!
