Who’s gonna’ be responsible for seizing people’s guns ? The military ? The police?

Both. After they make examples out of a few citizens, the rest will comply.

Well when you see police giving out citations etc. to businesses for not complying with covid restrictions it's not hard to imagine gun control and restrictions beyond what there are now.

I will not comply. Nor will any of the gun owners I associate with. Nice try.

I agree with a poster who wrote.....”Benjamin Franklin gave America a Republic “if you can keep it”. Thomas Jefferson gave America the tools to keep that Republic when he wrote the Second Amendment.”.......

Don’t expect the SCOTUS to hear the law suits that will be filed on its unconstitutionality. SCOTUS has clearly shown itself to be aligned with the enemy within this federal government.

Some folks I know will be making an example out of the example makers.

they won’t actually go around outright seizing guns, they will however, charge you with serious federal felony violations if they arrest you and you have one of the guns on your or at home

Yup=- and that is exactly why it would be a good idea for red states, true red states, to separate themselves from the nation, and create their own nation within, because the old nation has become so damned corrupt and compromised, and the constitution means nothing to the left anymore- Create a Red Nation under God, and let the left states drive themselves into the ground- they are nearly there now- but sadly they are dragging all of us down with them

Ping to comment #9. Heard it on the radio. Read the transcript carefully (or listen), and you’ll get some interesting info.

Yeah, I sold my guns. But I can’t seem to remember to who or when......

It’s terrible having such a bad memory.

It is a pity that the Second Amendment of our Bill of Rights is defended by a discredited organization such as the NRA that has mismanaged its affairs past the point of embarrassment and scandal to the point of criminality but who manages to find the energy to selfishly oppose the movement to save the country and the Constitution through The Convention of States authorized by article 5 of the Constitution.

Is there a moral difference between the discredited establishment Republican Party and the NRA?

If not for the NRA, we’d still have an assault weapons ban from 1994. If not for the NRA, the election of President Trump in 2016 would not have been as easy (see Democrat complaints about $30 million donated to campaign). The NRA has done many other things for us.

It’s good to have other, far smaller organizations trying, but none of them have done nearly as much over the past 20 years or so. We’ve gained more respect and freedom by far than in the past, when it was illegal for most people to carry concealed weapons. The NRA has worked in every state to make that and much more happen.

CEOs are paid enormous sums of money, especially in banking. The reason given by the boards of those companies, is that they cannot get anyone else with as much experience. The NRA has done far more than they have and against larger foes. We need the NRA strategists and “greedy lobbyists.”

Democrats want more than anything else to see the NRA shut down. That’s obvious to all of us in the U.S.

And as for “the discredited establishment Republican Party,” the CPAC straw poll went overwhelmingly in favor of Donald Trump.

Then the person who violated the tax law is made an example of, a horrible example, causing reasonable people to be very afraid of the IRS.

They will use a similar method to end gun ownership.

Remember when O hired a bunch more IRS buttwipes and armed them to the teeth. They are still there, as well as the rest of the alphabet soup organizations (hell even HUD is armed for combat now). They will come for those who violate these sham laws, and they will come both financially and physically.

Or Uncle Joe. He’s a good ol’ “gun guy,” too. He’s not one of those old legal and legislative strategy nerds. Never know what they’re thinkin’.

I’m not giving my gun up to any politician that has TWO SLAVE OWENERS last names. Jackson and Lee. She should have been graffitied and cancelled by now by the BLMers.
