My theory on the Capitol fence is that they don’t want Biden wandering off down a public street and touching or sniffing little girls.
Another moron in Occupied DC, Ted Lieu, has also stated that unless and until Trump apologizes for his 01/06/21 riot and admits that he truly lost the election, then there remains a clear and serious threat that demands troops protect the Capitol.

There is GOOD reason that they need to feel fortified against a rising angry populace.
