President Trump called on conservatives to oust Republicans who voted for impeachment during a fiery address Sunday at CPAC.
“Get rid of them all,” the president said. And then, he named names.
“The Democrats don’t have grand-standers like Mitt Romney, little Ben Sasse, Richard Burr, Bill Cassidy, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Pat Toomey; and in the House, Tom Rice, South Carolina, Adam Kinzinger, Dan Newhouse, Anthony Gonzalez,” the former president said. “That’s another beauty.”
“Fred Upton, Jamie Herrera Butler, Peter Meyer, John Katko, David Valadeo. And of course the warmonger, a person that loves seeing our troops fighting, Liz Cheney,” he added. “How about that? The good news is in her state, she’s been censured. And in her state, her poll numbers have dropped faster than any human being I’ve ever seen. So hopefully, they’ll get rid of her with the next election. Get rid of them all.”
The president told voters that Republicans in Name Only (RINOs) are going to destroy the party because they refuse to work with conservatives.
“The RINOs that we’re surrounded with will destroy the Republican Party and the American worker and will destroy our country itself,” Trump said. “The RINOs, Republican in name only. But the Republican Party is united. The only division is between a handful of Washington, DC, establishment, political hacks, and everybody else all over the country. I think we have tremendous unity.”
Trump then announced that he would be hitting the campaign trail to support “strong, tough and smart Republican leaders.”
“We want Republican leaders who are loyal to the voters and who will work proudly for the vision that I’ve laid out today,” Trump said. “And what is it? So simple. So simple. Military, law and order, great trade deals, great education.”
I was disappointed Trump didn’t name McConnell and McCarthy.
He didn’t name all the names.
There are plenty more that need to go than the ones he named.
We will never Make America Great Again by re-electing Assistant Democrats like Murkowsky, Thune, Hoeven, Blunt, Grassley, Lankford, Lee, Scott and Rubio.
McConnell is ‘safe’ for the next 6 years...................
Game ON.
A purge however painful is absolutely necessary.
The fact that Trump still tolerates McConnell, Graham and McCarthy shows he does not understand the full scope of the problem. McConnell falsely accused him of inciting insurrection and did the MSM circuit to drive the point home. Trump’s supporters despise McConnell. His failure to call for the immediate removal of McConnell as Senate Minority leader is a surrender to the GOP establishment. The uniparty is permanently entrenched in Washington and not even Donald Trump can or will do anything to interfere.
Correction:
The “Peter Meyer” mentioned in the article is the despicable Peter Meijer (R-MI) who was elected under false pretenses. He replaced Justin Amash.
Basically if those borderline RINOs don’t start showing good MAGA2ude, they end up on the list. McConnell has started to bend MAGAwards but he’s just a reed in the wind.
Bravo!
He didn’t name all the names. There are plenty more that need to go than the ones he named.

Correct. And its not just the obvious RINOs. The GOP is infested with fake conservatives.
The task of getting rid of these Democrat enablers is an enormous one. Not even sure it can be done; there are simply too many of them on the RINO conveyor belt that seems to be provide an endless supply. Get rid of one and another takes their place.
The fact that he didn’t name all of the names is just part of the art of the deal. Let the master work magic.
Yeah, there are a lot of people he should have named. I suppose he didn’t name McConnell or Graham because he knows he needs them in 2024. And that’s a pity because only when we stop this scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours game, do we start to clean up this mess.
Why didn’t Trump name McConnell and McCarthy?
Why is McConnell safe for the next 6 years?
My questions are because of my suspicion that Trump doesn’t name them is not because he doesn’t understand the full scope, but because of something else. What is REALLY going on here?
He could be softening them up for ‘traditional’ republican who’s not as rough around the edges. That would point to someone like DeSantis. A solid conservative that doesn’t frighten his enemies as much. A better than Bush 41’ conservative.
I went ahead and donated $250 directly to the PAC Trump named last night (Save America PAC) and plan to donate $25/mo going forward.
So long as the money goes to fund challengers to these RINOs for the 2022 election cycle, I'll keep sending the money. If I see one dollar going to a GOP weasel, the spigot will be turned off.
President Trump gave a good SOTU speech last night but he clearly indicated he will work within the GOP party rather than start his own. So I will support him in that. Here's how I expect things to play out.
2022 - RINOS by the score are primaried out and in November, the GOP takes back control of both houses.
This will set the stage for Trump to run (and win) again in 2024. Which would rightfully be his third term. If we fail in our 2022 objective, I don't think Trump runs again. We saw how he was obstructed in his first term - even when his party had control of Congress - due to these despicable RINOS.
Imagine how effective a Trump third term can be with not only GOP control of Congress but MAGA control of Congress. That's a big difference.
I would go scorched earth on the Republican party leadership but that’s just me. If it takes electing a Democrat to get rid of the Republican leadership, so be it.
It’s very noticeable that the left doesn’t attack McConnell and McCarthy with much vigor. Why is that?
There’s more. I can best be accomplished by campaigning subtly for the speaker’s job. Think of him as the head of Human Resources.
McConnell is pretending to be nice to him this week. Mitch said he’d support Trump’s candidacy if Trump is the nominee in 2024.
He can be replaced as minority speaker.
