Good question, but I think it’s because SEXUAL HARASSMENT” gets peoples’ attention must faster than “corruption.” Plus, by now we are all aware of the mountain of corruption that is politics, and unfortunately have become numbed to it.
Sexual harassment points specifically at a person. Corruption is systemic and reminds people how bad they all are. Discovery would be problematic.
Because in today's ridiculous over-emotional I feel/I'm offended culture, being groped or propositioned has far more of an impact on the selfish than dead old people.
