Biden cuts off the power to Texas (Saturbray)

And Saul said to him, Whose son art thou, thou young man? And David answered, I am the son of thy servant Jesse the Bethlehemite. 1 Samuel 17:58

The Texas blackout would have never happened under Trump since it was forced to happen by Senile Joe. Just like the stolen election it was manufactured by Moscow on the Potomac turning off the power due to some arbitrary EPA regulation protecting a frozen world from Global Warming. Texas axed Biden’s hacks if they could increase the capacity of their power plants to offset the loss of power from frozen solar panels and frozen windmills and DC said no. At what point does the gummit put the lives of people over its woke agenda? People were actually dying from living without heat while those pinheads were calculating CO2 emissions as Commieczar Yawn Kerry was flying to Davos in a Jumbo Jet. This would have never happened under Trump.

The next Eart worshiper who can explain how CO2 actually heats the planet will be the first since it does not heat the planet. The biggest contributor to the earth’s temperature outside of the sun is water not CO2. Water in the atmosphere is the major contributor to atmospheric heating and cooling by a factor of around 75% according to NASA and other sources and the rest of the gasses make up the remaining heating.

What they are saying and admitting is CO2 is a minor player in Global Warming and their models are all wrong. Just like the models from 15 years ago when Algore and ENRON hatched the Global Fraud, their claims of no snow on the North Pole or the Himalayas have been wiped out by avalanches. If Algore’s predictions had any scientific review whatsoever it would be laughed out of the hemisphere, yet he is a billionaire and people in Texas are dying of exposure in their homes because President Biden ordered them to turn off the power.

President Trump stopped all that nonsense and saw through the worldwide power grab under the guise of a religion. The believers in GW would rather have people actually freezing to death than to emit one ounce of CO2 in their quest to be holy. They are the god tribe and America is the sinner in their cult which they practice and evangelize 24/7/365. Have you seen any criticism from not turning on the backup power plants for a week while they got their earth saving windmills and solar power running again? Have you seen any critical articles in the Press Corpse about the dangers of clean energy or questions of electric cars in blackouts? Have you seen any questions why the wind farms failed during the most important event in years while gas and coal had to be ordered stopped?

You will never have a curiosity from the Lapdog Media since they agree with shutting down the power to protect their fragile planet. Never mind the immense pollution it takes to make a solar panel let alone disposing of the toxic chemicals involved, they are saving the dirt. It is fine for an elitist to pollute and poison China to make solar panels as long as the Upper Eastside can look down on the riff raff of America and know they are GW crusaders. It is simply the usual symbolism over substance just like freezing Texas for the sin of producing “fossil fuels” which are sins to the cult, so people die as sacrifices for the snobs of America.

How many horses, dogs and cattle were lost because they had no water for a week while this freeze happened? Learjet Liberals could not care less about the pain and suffering which happened down in Texas since it is a Red state which does not value Socialism. They do not value Global Warming enough, so they were forced to freeze, while Biden told his EPA to not let them increase the power to their gas and coal plants to heat the homes. The same EPA/Forest Service that allows millions of tons of CO2 to burn in the forests each year due to forced mismanagement are worried about a few thousand tons during a freak freeze? President Trump would have never allowed Texas or any state to lose power over CO2 fake management.

There is no Global Warming and only have to look at this event to understand it. How does a state this close to the equator have a freeze of this magnitude? How are there record snows in Southern California when these same people predicted there would be zero snow in CA by 2020.

If not for a Communist media which promoted the voter fraud to take out Trump they are just as dishonest to make lives miserable over the Global Warming hoax. Why does the NYT ax Gore why there are record snow in CA and the Rockies when he predicted none as did his science, why? No, just wait for the next wrong prediction from the priests of science and ruin the lives of millions more for their worldwide Communist agenda.

The world needs to come to their senses and realize there is not an ounce of difference between the District of Corruption, Moscow, or Beijing, they all want the power to run your life. They outright stole the election with the help of the states, Congress, and the Supreme Court, none of them are your friend. They all despise Trump and his revolution of the people. He embarrassed and exposed them to who they are and how incompetent, fearful, and corrupt they have become. Institutions like the FBI were exposed as political hacks who are owned by the DNC as are all of the alphabets throughout the Beltway.

President Trump was a bigger threat to DC than Stalin, Hitler, Mao, and Osama bin Laden combined. He represented the working class having a voice which cannot happen in their world. They want all the power to decide who succeeds and fails as well as lives or dies. They want to be the ones who live the privileged lives while you beg them to turn on your heat while energy plants sit idle, this is their vision of your world. Keep telling yourself you have more freedom than China in the Peoples Republic of America.

It is past time for the GW people to put up or end this fraud. The term all scientists agree is not proof there is actual warming happening or what is causing it. Please explain why CO2 is such a villain since by all scientific knowledge it is a minor inert gas which causes almost nothing to Global temp when compared to water in the air or as NASA calls it, clouds. To pretend something which has nearly zero ability to hold heat is going to cause catastrophes which have not occurred is nothing more than religion and why are we destroying the worldwide economy over a cult?

It is time to design and build America’s energy system built on what is the most efficient in both cost and availability. Those power sources of course are gas, coal and nuclear. Right now, coal and natural gas are the most cost effective and abundant which can power the country into the next century as opposed to science claiming we would be out of oil now. Nuclear would be a close second, but the same people who argue about CO2 have closed it down even though it has been 100% safe in America and is very clean. The cost of the building is the only real issue, which is a major factor, but can be handled.

America and the world need to make decisions on what is right for the economy rather than what is right for a 16 yr. old girl on her cell phone. It is time to wake up from its Global Warming hoax and realize there will be thousands dying if the rolling blackouts occur every time there is a freeze or heatwave. The GW scientists have to prove their fanatical claims or at least point to one prediction they were accurate about in the last 50 years to justify turning off the power to 20 million people. Do not hold your breath since the second coming will be happening before that occurs.

President Trump gave the working guy a look at what the world would look like if he had a voice. He is angry it was stolen from him and knows he is going to have to work twice as hard again for half the pay thanks to the Global Warming overlords who own him. He had a brief breath of freedom before they took it away and making them pay for that freedom with more shackles and taxes to make sure it never happens again. This was a small example of what they have in store for America as the Senile Joe/Kommie regime flexes its muscle.

Please order my book The Republic of Texas 2022 which explains all of this. Email me for a copy or the Audiobook.

Pray for America!

Hasn't Texas experienced deep freezes before?

Yes, we generally have a few good freezes in February and have had much worse than this past event. And sometimes we have freezes and snow as early as Thanksgiving and even some white Christmases.

That is why so many were caught unawares which dramatically exacerbated the damage done. I’m very grateful that I experienced no power or water loss, but for many who did it was devastating.

It sounds like a terrorist act to me and I’m keeping my eyes out for a class action lawsuit or two.

Woman I heard (not sure if verifiable) said Texas in the 1960s had some temperatures that low (before windmill blades and solar panels), and the current crisis was because Gov. Abbott anticipate power trouble and requested a federal government exception for the climate change restrictions on power generation in Texas, to cope with the coming freeze.

He was refused by DC. Limits were enforced and power was lost.

Wait, wait, wait. How could you be caught unawares when it’s a common occurrence?

The Obama EPA played a big part in hiding the Flint Water contaminants too. These guys are using a script of revenge.

Yes, we have had freezes and bad winter weather before this winter.

Anyone remember that Super Bowl when people were having a difficult time getting to Cowboy stadium because of all the ice?

Thanks for posting, but it will never come out in the real world. After all, how many people here know that the insulation sprayed over the steel structure of the World Trade Center was asbestos for the first 10 or 20 stories, but then asbestos was ‘cancelled’ by the government, so they used something else. We’ll never know if those structures could have survived with asbestos used to the top. Likewise, the foam that broke off of the huge fuel tank that took out the Columbia Shuttle was applied with a new method, as the old method used CFCs.

It wasn’t a terrorist act.

It was bad management and arrogance.

The last time Texas endured this was about a decade ago. Since then the base has grown and the introduction of alternative energy has some in to play. The problem is they did not build that new part of the system to handle extreme sudden cold.

Think of standing in line at a grocery store on the day before Thanksgiving. All of the check out lanes are open. It’s busy, but people are moving through. Then, without warning 15% of the lanes shut down. Then a few others shut down.

The impact on everyone is, all of a sudden, dramatic.

Texas’s power grid management’s decisions years ago could have been reviewed and this exact situation could have been predicted.

The arrogance comes into play when they chose not to integrate with other grids. It comes into play where the financial decisions outweighed the risk management. It comes into play where a focus on renewable was done in a short sighted and greedy fashion.

I spent many years building utility plant (wires, poles, underground, etc) in my early career. Texas built a system that speaks to their general mindset: We can do it better on our own. And while that is fine 99% of the time, there is that 1% of the time when Mother Nature grabs you by the scruff of your neck and kicks you in the ass.

The good news is that it will be rebuilt and retrofit to meet this style of crisis once more.

“Hasn’t Texas experienced deep freezes before?”

Sure, and far worse. The difference here being that the lobbyists told the Texas GOP (think DC GOP on steroids), “Don’t worry about it, we got it covered”, and so, after a few more martinis, our GOP concluded all was well.

I didn’t know it, but I would not doubt it. The only thing that I would put past a Democrat doing is something good and decent. Next year listen to the moans and groans when Biden’s tax increases hit.

The remedy is not to build better alternative fuel systems that never should have been mandated in the first place. The government should have backed off from the needless fossil fuel restrictions that were imposed to remedy a fake global warming crisis.

The engineers in Texas will work up the right solution, but FedGov and the Biteme Administration will get involved and force the “solution “ that only makes things worse - allegedly to “save Mother Erf” but really more revenge against “racist Texans”.

I think you missed my point.

I was not either supporting or dismissing renewable energy. What I was criticizing is that they were built on the cheap—probably to make them “profitable.” Because of this they failed. And when they failed, it removed a significant source of energy for the grid—at a time when the grid was getting “maxed” out.

This contributed to the cascading failure.

Using my “check out” analogy—even a bad cashier will help move the lines along, albeit at a slower pace. Removing them altogether will destroy your ability to move customers through the process.

People are too quick to blame the quality of the energy or the purpose. In the end, electrons that should have been moving through the wires were not moving. You cannot “push on a string” for too long before the whole thing collapses.

Someone using Hayek’s name should know better.

Sure, the engineers could have come up with a solution the first time. Those same engineers, working in the same environment are not going fix this.

It wasn’t the engineers that caused the problem. It was the accountants. And the greed of consumers (opting for the extreme inexpensive, power companies.) And the greed of the people owning the grid.

Sure, there was push for expensive renewable energy. But the morons running those companies—trying to cater to the Elon Musk crowds in Austin—had to cut corners. And that impacted everyone in Texas.

This is one case where the isolation of the grid in Texas was good for the surrounding states. Their incompetence would not flow out of the state and hurt their neighbors.

I am not calling Texans in general incompetent. For the most part, they are victims.

I am calling the people running their grid incompetent. They are almost criminally negligent.

Like the southern trucker with straight 40 weight in the crankcase, water in the cooling system, and no block heater getting hung up in Minnesota in January.

You gotta spend some dough and be prepared.

EPA Soldier: I'm afraid we lost them, sir.

Russ Cargill: Dammit!!!

[Cargill throws his binoculars at the EPA soldier, who cowers in fear. The binoculars bounce back off the dome and hit Cargill in the face.]

Russ Cargill: Well then you find 'em, and you get 'em back in the dome! And to make sure nobody else gets out, I want roving death squads around the perimeter 24-7! I want 10,000 tough guys, and I want 10,000 soft guys to make the tough guys look tougher! And here's how I want them arranged: tough, soft, tough, tough, soft, tough, soft, soft, tough, tough, soft, soft, tough, soft.

[pause]

EPA Soldier: Sir, I'm afraid you've gone mad with power.

Russ Cargill: Of course I have. Have you ever tried going mad without power? It's boring, no one listens to you!
