Al Jazeera Announces Launch of New Digital Platform, Rightly (seriously, I think)

Interesting.

Just as Fox News walks away from conservatives in the USA...

Al Jazeera, launches a new "Right" network, in America.

--

Al Jazeera Media Network (AJMN) today announced the launch of Rightly, a new US based digital platform that will generate content for audiences currently underrepresented in today’s media environment. Rightly will soft launch with its first show, “Right Now with Stephen Kent,” on February 25th. The show, hosted by one of the rising stars in Millennial political circles in the United States, will stream on Rightly social media and podcast platforms. Additional Rightly programming will be announced in the coming months.

“Right Now with Stephen Kent” will be an in-studio interview program in which the show’s host, Stephen Kent, will get beyond talking points and retweets to engage current newsmakers, opinion leaders and incisive commentators from across the political spectrum in a discussion about the issues animating right-of-center Americans today.

Um.

Not sure yet what to make of this, but they will CERTAINLY be meeting a need.

Absolutely. Very, very interesting.

The new “right” network lists a libertarian as a major presenter, then again, there are a lot of libertarians right here.

And I’m already noticing a BIG bunch of whining from the usual leftist sources.

Interesting.

“Not sure yet what to make of this, but they will CERTAINLY be meeting a need...Absolutely. Very, very interesting.”

Given what now passes for media these days, I put Al Jezeera on the ‘good’ side of media outlets, along with Russia Times, Daily Mail, and Epoch Times. The only thing to keep in mind is that they are based in Cutter, so their reporting on Middle East news may be slanted, but that’s about it. Also, many of their video reports on YouTube are excellent.

Not sure.

I am starting as somewhat skeptical, but like the poster above mentioned, they are LIGHTYEARS ahead of the entire biased left-wing media in America.

Our media is groupthink.

No other way to describe it.

Yes, ought to be interesting.
Consider that Islam is not keen on many “hip” Western sentiments, like: LGBTetc, transgender, homosexuality, etc.

Presently, the proponents of these ......”beliefs”..go on&on about how these are human rights and ridicule any religious organization that doesn’t agree. They also have very little to say about how much of Islam feels about this.

Let’s all watch the “lettertotheEditor” section of AlJazeera for what regular Muslims have to say about these beliefs. I imagine two cats in a sack. It ain’t gonna be reasonable.
Could even be amusing. Write a letter along the lines of: “what do you think of what So&So (e.g., popular US political leader) had to about XXX?” If you pick the XXX topic carefully it could be fascinating to watch.

Most of the libertarians I know, make self proclaimed moderate Republicans look like flamming liberals.

If the media were to ever be fair and report reality, many would be shocked to learn that our right wing conservatism is barely right of center. The scale has been moved so far left, the center no longer appears to exist.

In contrast, America’s media giants, are strongly influenced by Judaism.

(I know, that sounds racist, or religionist - if that is even a word - but it is flat out true)

I think that is also something to consider.

It could be related to Qatari/Saudi relations.

The Qatari al Jazeera Networks promotion of Muslim Brotherhood commentators and viewpoints (as well as the Qatari Government’s funding of their military and terrorist operations), was a main point in the dramatic break in relations between the two long time allies.

Any significant shift in al Jezeera’s editorial slant, would be very significant to the current Saudi regime. Maybe Qatar wants to come in from the cold.

yes

Who do we trust, an Islamic pipeline streaming sweet and cuddly news stories = opinion, into our homes, or build our OWN News Media, not owned by others, but by the Voters, US.

My family says let the foolish be led by the lies of others, let Gods Word allow us to know what is Real Freedom.

Do you trust an islamic news effort, a russian news effort, and these are what we fall back to for the “truth”

Plan B

Blessings

We have Islamic news services, we have Russian news services, we have Chinese new sources, we have European news sources, we have Australian news sources, we have Latin news sources, and we have LEFTWING news sources in America.

But what do we have on the right now?

Newsmax? Washington Times? Rush Limbaugh left us, as did Fox News.

Al Jazeera is likely meeting a need with this network.

WHY isn’t there any real competition in media, in the US?

I don’t think Al Jazeera is any worse than CNN. Really. It might even be more balanced at this point. CNN and the rest of the major media are all pure, open and unapologetic left wing propaganda so we’ve lost our ability to sneer at Al Jazeera as Islamic propaganda. It’s just a slightly different flavor of anti-American ‘news’

When I traveled internationally on business I surprisingly learned Al Jazeera provided more balanced reporting than CNN.

We can have it, but every time the “how to do” it is presented there is a sudden silence.

Like it is a forbidden holy subject that is Never to be discussed or reviewed as viable.

Comes in a Plan B, always has, and for years and years the silence shrouds any such mention, then we only hear the cries of “why don’t we have our own”

Gets lame now days. 90 Million voices screaming in silence.

We can build and own our OWN Multi Media Systems and more.

Got to end it here as I have been marked as on a “JIHAD” for not supporting Our PDJT and the GOP by even mentioning a Plan B. Read my earlier posts on Plan B in my history and out of 300 plus you will get the idea that their claims are wrong, then you have to ask Why they say as they do??

Blessings.
