House lawmakers passed President Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief package early Saturday morning without a single Republican vote in support.
The bill passed the lower chamber with a 219-212 vote even after a key Senate official ruled that the final version will not include a minimum wage hike, allowing the U.S. Senate to take up the legislation.
Two Democrats Kurt Schrader of Oregon and Jared Golden of Maine broke ranks and voted against the bill.

They might cut out the minimum wage part in a Dem Senate fight and then send it back to the House, but the $1400 will stay.

350 million people in the USA. I’ll make a rough guess at 150 million taxpayers that will get the refund.
That comes out to about 0.2 trillion dollars. Lets say double that goes to help businesses - so now we are up to 0.6 trillion.
Even giving Hunter’s $1 billion(.001 trillion) leaves about $1.3 trillion dollars to spend.
Too bad Glenn Beck had to go a bit loony tunes on us.
Because what he did on that Fox News show he had was incredible. He got into the details of who the communist groups and individuals were. The history of the movement. The ins and outs of their affiliations within the Democrat Party, etc, etc. Damn shame he discredited so much of that great work, at least in the minds of the simpletons who still to this day have a poor, at best, understanding of it all.

Though I totally agree with your assessment of the situation, I think you should of gotten more sleep, or your using that new common core math, or maybe that is how congress does math when they add up their pork belly figures.

I posted a chart (I think back in 2008) that had the whole network (that I stole from a rep from the Northwest, sorry, don’t remember the state)..
I captured it from a vid, I believe was called, “Grinding America Down”.. something similar.
It listed all of the connections/infiltrations in all levels of government, and many in the news media. (was a good chart).
Awful and unconstitutional
I became convinced, and remain so, after watching those shows that there is no voting our way out of this mess we find ourselves in. The remedy will be bloody. There is no other way.

And Beck was *intentionally* ‘kooky’ much of the time. But that was only to make the show more entertaining, in the hopes that those of us with short attention spans would hang on long enough to perhaps learn something about the communist movement. And ‘something’ is always better than nothing.
