Where are the lawsuits. That is what the democrats did to Trump when he rescinded bama’s EO’s. And the crooked courts ruled against Trump. It must be that the GOP is all for Biden’s evil.

They were Trump executive orders, that's explanation enough. Did Trump have to give a reason when he revoked Obama's executive orders?

There will be some. We just had the court in Texas blocking Biden's order to suspend all deportations. We'll see how long that stands. That said, the problem is that judicial activism is largely a one-way ratchet. Activist judges will do cartwheels to insert themselves into policy questions. They will violate precedent, often ignore clear statutory language, and step far beyond the competence of their jurisdiction to do so. When their actions are challenged, LeftWorld forms a phalanx and fights to defend the stolen ground, at a minimum stalling corrective action for long periods of time while the new dispensation hardens and changes facts on the ground.
Constitutionalist judges simply don't behave this way. This results in asymmetrical warfare. That's a big part of the problem.

Yet when Trump tried to vacate Obama’s DACA executive order, the left went wild and got some judge to say he couldn’t do that. Obama’s EO’s had the same force as properly enacted legislation.
Because they were Trump’s XOs, no other reason.
