They do that all the time, but with a caveat. They take the witness to where the suspect was detained and let them look. But they do not take a suspect to the scene where the witness is.
And of course our illustrious FBI, NSA, Homeland Sec didn’t know A N Y T H I N G about this. No chatter. No insider info. Nope, they didn’t have a clue.
This should be the basis of an investigation into our intel agencies. But who would do it? Certainly not the AG, SCOTUS. So is there any legal means to reveal the truth and evidence in a court in our country today?
