Five years after failing to give him a hearing as a Supreme Court nominee, Republican senators were generally cordial in their questioning of Merrick Garland, President Biden’s nominee for attorney general.
“I like you, I respect you, and I think you are a good pick for this job,” said Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, early in a Monday hearing with the Senate Judiciary Committee. Grassley is the top Republican on the committee.
“I think you’re a very good pick for this job,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., who previously served as Judiciary chairman.

Great! And yet all the Democrats stuck like glue every time Trump would nominate a person to a particular position. They would not budge yet our spineless sickening weasels always always bend wherever the wind blows when it’s the Democrats who need their votes! I’m sick of it.

This hateful partisan will be as much fun to watch as Holder. But we may be watching it from jail or a re-education camp if he gets his way. During Trump’s presidency, McConnell and the Senate GOP held roll call votes to break a filibuster and end debate on nominees a whopping 314 times, according to Senate tallies. All previous presidents combined faced 244 roll call votes to advance nominees over a filibuster.
And here we are, back to normal, with Republicans drooling all over Xiden’s unqualified nominees.

Expect the following after he gets confirmed:
1. No prosecution of any illegal immigrant even with criminal records.
2. The dissolution of the Durham investigation into the Russia Hoax.
3. Aggressive investigation into the January 6 “insurrection” ( Note the quotes ), while downplaying any riots from Antifa and BLM
4. Aggressive prosecution of any incidents of bias and discrimination ( as per Garland’s definition) against any organization (religious or otherwise) that refuses to serve or recognize gay marriages anywhere in the country.
