In my opinion, the failure here is not SCOTUS. The failure is with the state legislatures too afraid to 1) investigate the election and 2) unwilling to do anything about it.
We did not lack laws during the 2020 election. What was and continues to be missing is enforcement of those laws.

I think you are absolutely correct. Pressure applied at the state level is the only answer to exposing the corruption of the 2020 election. Complaining about Washington is wasted breath. State officials are the ones that need to feel the heat to enforce their state’s election laws.
They accomplished what they wanted to accomplish. Accept that and it all makes perfect sense. ACB has turned out to be a big disappointment can't wait to see how she votes on Abortion cases. Actually I don't care how they vote anymore. We will either take our freedom back or we won't, at my age I will be free soon enough.
