Merrick Garland will receive the Durham Report. There will be no prosecutions.
Is that investigation still on-going, or has it already been dropped?
There were never going to be many prosecutions in any case. The laws are too weak and those at FBI and DoJ have a great deal of latitude in conducting their work. Worst case maybe a couple up to the level of Strozk and McCabe might be charged, they’re disposable now and they’re probably the ones who did things that could be proven to be crimes. Many in the know have been saying for years now that 95% of what happened is not something a DC prosecutor would go after. They are too inside the swamp and getting a DC jury to convict anyone for screwing Trump would be next to impossible.
