I can’t locate it. I thought it was in print but not sure.
Al Gore said long ago “We may have lived through the last one of our normal winters. We are soon going into the phase of the first of our years without a winter. there will be slightly cool temperatures but no appreciable snow in the Midwest and Northeast. No true winter from now on. Similar to Southern states now.” I often remember Gore’s The Years of No Winter when I scrape the car windshield.
I too remember his speeches about it plus pictures of him about that seminar he gave.
