I miss Rush terribly .
No matter how much you try you can’t prepare for the loss of a man like Rush. It will take years for me to settle in to a new something. Every day Rush was part of my life. Hearing Rush was just as normal as seeing my wife.
It was the same way with Paul Harvey. Back in the 70s my roommate and I would converge on the house at noon for lunch and to listen to Paul. It was just part of life and then Paul was Gone, just like Rush.
To quote a friend os mine, “Let not your heart be troubled.”Exit Rush, Enter the Dittoheads because in each and everyone of us listener there is a bit of Rush. We must keep his banner flying and press forward with the ideas of showing the failures of Liberalism/Communism/Socialism nd Progressivism or whatever they all themselves.
RIP, lovable little fuzzball...
Thank you for posting this. As I listened to this program I did not think Todd would get through his remarks without breaking down.
Article states....”He chose to share his faith in God and his faith in Christ, and he chose to communicate that to us, because I think he wanted us to know, I think he wanted us to know, and he put it in The Limbaugh Letter, God was walking with him. I think he needed us to know that”...
Joel C. Rosenberg wrote today about Rush Limbaugh giving his life to Jesus Christ a few years ago and how it gave him tremendous hope as he faced his toughest fight with cancer.....In 2019, Rush had given his life wholly and completely to the Lord Jesus Christ.
As Rush said to us on air....”I try to remain committed to the idea what’s supposed to happen, will happen when it’s meant to. I mentioned at the outset of this — the first day I told you — that I have personal relationship with Jesus Christ....It is of immense value, strength, confidence, and that’s why I’m able to remain fully committed to the idea that what is supposed to happen will happen when it’s meant to.”........So now the objective here is rounding third, not having to head back to second base and slide in there.....
Here’s to rounding third and heading towards home. That’s the objective. That’s the goal.”
this sucks. may God bless
I’m having a hard time losing a “friend” of over 30 years....30 years of the hours between 11 and 2 now a void that needs filling. Rush was as part of America as our beloved Flag.....Americana in human form, teacher, cheerleader and wit and intelligence beyond compare. RIP Rush.......we’ll try and carry on as best we can and your memory we will keep in our hearts and actions.
Any idea who’s doing the narrating of the Rush segments? He’s very good.

It looks like the first radio station began broadcasting in 1910. That means that Rush Limbaugh was a broadcasting powerhouse for a full 30% of the existence of radio.
