MSNBC anchor Joy Reid on Wednesday’s broadcast of her show “The ReidOut,” gave her take on the legacy of late conservatives talker Rush Limbaugh.
Reid said, “Rush Limbaugh died today at the age of 70 from the complications of lung cancer. And I would argue that he is among the three people in recent American history who had the most influence in building the modern Republican Party. None of whom are named Reagan or Bush. This is a party that was built by right-wing media, by Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdoch and Rush Limbaugh. They influenced the way Republicanism and conservatism sound and the way it attacks its opponents, and what generations of self-described conservatives think.”

Now the media looks back at Reagan and Bush and indicates the GOP was fine “back then” but, of course, it’s evil today. Funny. I seem to remember them thinking it was evil when Reagan and Bush were in office.
Attack? Yep, we white nationalists who listened to Rush are an evil bunch. We rioted last summer, burning cities, attacking people, vandalizing, and looting. Oh, wait Joy, that wasn’t Rush listeners at all. Seems like we just went through four+ years of Democrat attacks on Presidential Trump.
Another “Who cares what they think or say” article.
Reid,
What you missed on the Rush show. Here is the outline.
The Left Never Listened to the Voter
The Left Never Read History
The Left Never Conversed with the other side
The Left Never Thought it through.
The Left Never Called the show.
The Left Never Informed the population of exactly what they want to do.
Anyone who disagreed was moved to the top of the call screen. Guest hosts Dr. Walter E. William and Mark Steyn were brilliant in the guest role.
Rush will be missed, but one of us will pick the lead and move forward.
Limbaugh through his radio show introduced me to Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell.
The enemedia didn’t do that, Reid.
Including your network.
I am a Latina who was born and raised Right in the middle of Chicago, I LOVE RUSH!!
Isn’t that racist to lump a whole color of people into one classification?
I listened to Rush, because, he agreed with me. The point where we differed, was, I think he liked jOkeass more than I.
Note to Americans of Italian decent, he introduced me to Angelo Codevilla’s work as well.
Just shut up MSNBC. We were looking for someone to mirror our view. Rush didn’t form me at all, my parents and Biblical teaching did. The word evil doesn’t even begin to describe you folks.
The day you actually see “white grievance” will be your last native.
A couple of black co-workers love him, and openly have him on the radio at work.
Rush exposed the elites’ plans for the “fundamental transformation” of our country and society, and they loathed him for it. He will be missed!
Regards,
Actually, idiot, you and you democrat friends are doing that far better than Rush.
He just made us aware of what ya’ll were up to and we figured out the rest ourselves.
Not if they’re White...
Yup. You fixed it.
i.e. turning us into patriots like the founders.
Translation: he made it really hard to convince people to vote for democrats!
I’m g*d damn tired of being judged by the Left as if they are the judge and meter of all.
