I’m taking D3 (in my Osteo-Biflex and Calcium supplements), and also 500mg/day of C. If I get a call saying I was exposed to somebody with COVID, I will ramp up the C to 1000mg/day and add zinc back in.

The research that I did indicated that taking a daily amount of some vitamins which includes D3 was more effective than taking big doses later when sick. So I take the Vitamin D3/Calcium, C, and others daily.
Listened to the Medcram Dr. talked about what he was taking and then looked at the Zelenko protocol. So I added some Quercetin and Zinc. When I know that I’m going to have to go out to the Dr. office or where I could be exposed, I take extra Quercetin and Zinc for 2 days prior, day of appt. and 2 days after-then drop down to maintenance.
