Former President Donald Trump was convinced by aides to delete a line from his blistering attack on Mitch McConnell which accused the Senate minority leader of having ‘too many chins but not enough smarts’, according to reports.
Trump lashed out at McConnell on Tuesday through his Save America PAC, calling the Republican Party’s most senior elected figure a ‘dour, sullen’, ‘unsmiling political hack’ days after he voted to acquit Trump of inciting the Capitol riot but then blasted his conduct in an excoriating speech.
In his lengthy, racially-loaded and vitriolic statement issued from Mar-a-Lago, Trump also accused McConnell of ‘destroying’ the GOP and urged the party’s senators to end his leadership.

There are dozens of current GOP Senators that are both fully capable and fully equipped to take over the Senate GOP Caucus as effective leaders. Mitch McConnell is totally useless and has become another “Mitt Romney” 100% failure!!! GOP...get rid of McConnell immediately...like right now....TODAY!!!
