Yes,I didn’t see that at the top of this thread. If there was a wheelbarrow involved and that wheelbarrow was used in an effort to break down their door then,IMO,it stops being “murder” and,perhaps,becomes “unauthorized discharge of a firearm”.
The act of attempting to break their door down in the midst of the physically violence that had already taken place (lefty driver punching homeowner in face), was an act that obviously presented a very serious threat of danger to the homeowners.
