STATE ELECTION BOARD REFERS VOTER FRAUD CASES FOR PROSECUTION (Georgia)
Georgia Secretary of State ^

ATLANTA) – The State Election Board on Wednesday referred 35 cases of election-law violations to the attorney general or local district attorneys for criminal prosecution.

“Election fraud is not tolerated in Georgia. When there is evidence of it, the people responsible face prosecution,” said Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, chairman of the five-member board. “Georgia has multiple safeguards in place that allow our team of investigators to discover fraudulent voting. They worked to catch the wrongdoing in these cases, and they maintain the security of Georgia elections.”

The Secretary of State’s Office investigation division has 23 sworn officers with arrest power and vast experience as detectives in law enforcement. They impartially investigate allegations of voting irregularities and present their findings to the Board, which can levy fines, issue a letter of instruction or refer the case for prosecution.

Among the cases bound over for prosecution Wednesday were four incidents of felons voting or registering to vote, four cases of non-citizens voting or registering to vote and one case of misplaced ballots during the 2020 general election, which didn’t change the outcome but did affect the total. Also bound over for prosecution were canvassers for two organizations trying to register people to vote, including one who allegedly submitted registration applications they knew were false.

Of those bound over for prosecution Wednesday for alleged violations of Georgia election law, the most noteworthy are:

· The New Georgia Project which allegedly submitted 1,268 voter registration applications after the 10-day deadline, causing voters to be disenfranchised in the March 19, 2019 special election

· Samunta S of Atlanta for allegedly submitting 70 false voter registration applications while canvassing for the Coalition for the People’s Agenda

· Floyd J and the Fayette County Board of Elections and Voter Registration where he was director at the time for alleged improper handling of four memory cards registering 2,760 votes in the Nov. 3, 2020 general election

· Joseph B of Atlanta for allegedly registering to vote while serving a felony sentence

· Hassan M of Decatur for allegedly voting while serving a felony sentence

· Michael W of Columbus for allegedly voting while serving a felony sentence

· Brian P of Cherry Log for allegedly voting while serving a felony sentence

· Talibah B of Lilburn for allegedly submitting a false voter registration application

· Sharmaine S of Lithonia for allegedly submitting a false voter registration application

· Sophia S of Valdosta for allegedly voting in another person’s name

· Albert N of Winder for allegedly voting as a non-citizen

· Sean W of Covington for allegedly voting as a non-citizen

· Clifton S of Fairburn for allegedly registering to vote as a non-citizen

· Hurlstone H of Locust Grove for allegedly voting as a non-citizen

Georgia is recognized as a national leader in elections. It was the first state in the country to implement the trifecta of automatic voter registration, at least 16 days of early voting (which has been called the “gold standard”), and no-excuse absentee voting. Georgia continues to set records for voter turnout and election participation, seeing the largest increase in average turnout of any other state in the 2018 midterm election and record turnout in 2020, with over 1.3 million absentee by mail voters and over 3.6 million in-person voters utilizing Georgia’s new, secure, paper ballot voting system.

Notice they’re only going after the little people. They’re creating an illusion of justice.

This makes it seem that voter fraud is minimal when we know that it is so much more widespread.

When the truth comes out I hope they will all be shot for treason. I’m talking about the traitors in charge of counting the legitimate votes. (Bad words on them)

And no one who worked counting the ballots or over saw the ballot counting did anything wrong.

This reads like a self-congratulatory public relations stunt by the criminal Secretary of State of Georgia.

First time I have ever seen a list of indictments that redacts the last name of the people who got indicted.

With basic due diligence, Raffensperger could have found 35 violations of election law in his own local precinct!

“Election fraud is not tolerated in Georgia."

Election fraud should be the number one issue involved in every politician that was involved in the great thief of stealing the election from Trump when their times comes up to be elected. Trump supports know the election was stolen, Every politician that is up for election that denies it was stolen verbally is in my opinion going to have a hard time getting elected, and will have to deny it a thousand time over, it is going to be frustrating for them. My gut feelings is it will be but there are a few issues that will probably be far greater then it and the number one issue will probably involve the 2nd amendment, if we even make it that far with out a Civil War, God help us.

its all about electoral fraud...and what Georgia is doing right now is a PR bandaid trying to show there’s nothing else going down

The electoral process has been formally corrupted since 1984. The “image’ of the Left as an honest political wing in the USA has been driven by the media.

Since 1984 the control of media outlets has dropped from over 50 different organizations to just 6 today. The product of that consolidation is an ILLUSION of a “powerful Left wing”, a manufactured progressive consensus that has usurped political power it has no business with honestly. “honest” votes for Biden/the Left were 30-35 million. At most.

The problems originate in corrupted, local electoral precincts in deep Blue urban centers. These NEED to be cleaned. Nobody desires the dirty job. Part of “redistricting” projects, BTW, is to create regions and social environments permitting unfettered and unhindered electoral Fraud.

Think parts of cities where Republicans fear to tread. No bipartisan voting observers. If any Republican observers, or even voters show up,they are threatened. This is the beginning process of turning a Red state Purple.

This article provides a glimpse into exactly this process going on in Philadelphia in 2009

https://www.heritage.org/commentary/voter-intimidation-new-black-panther-style

There are more of “us” than “them” A whole lot more

Its all kayfabe. Its what they want you to believe, its what they want you to “feel”

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kayfabe

What the left has done, ever since the 1984 Reagan-Mondale blowout - (and Mondale was a “moderate” Democrat!) - is to start electoral fraud programs in the largest states to turn them from Red-to-Purple-to Blue. They realized they had no future otherwise. It started in California and New York.

This last election cycle local Texans managed to turn it around at the precinct level-their RINO Governor not withstanding.

Extreme involvement in your local precincts and making sure paper balloting on ELECTION DAY, with hand counts and recounts in a transparent fashion and setting with open audit trails available to the general public, among other measures-are key.

Its dirty, tough work and initially confrontational with the existing perps. As the above article illustrates, it will be dangerous. But it beats the heck outta the alternatives -which are bearing down like a runaway freight train

The left has focused on corrupting our local electoral process. They focus on the deep urban centers. This process of corruption is very active presently in Georgia, using Atlanta as its base, the last 2 election cycles. This process is seditious.

We the People have no future otherwise. These people INTEND to “rule”

The benefits of this process created the UniParty which is WHY this has been allowed to mature.
