Yep but Trump surprised his enemies on his way to victory in 2016. DeSantis would have a similar advantage, Democrats might underestimate him.
Gov. DeSantis would emulate Trump. He’s one of our best Governors and owes Trump for his election over the Stalinazi Sodomite pervert and crook Andrew Gillum in 2018.

DeSantis is a fool to let this trial balloon float in this way. We just had the largest presidential election win in history stolen out from under us. The nomination is Trump’s to take if he wants it, and DeSantis risks permanently alienating Trump’s enormous base by openly plotting to run against Trump for the nomination. DeSantis and every other potential candidate should wait and see what Trump decides to do before making any overtures. DeSantis has plenty of time in his career. He should shut up and wait for us to right this wrong and take our country back. I, and many others like me, will vehemently and permanently oppose any candidate who tries to push Trump off the stage.
The Demonrats are going to throw the kitchen sink at DeSantis next year for reelection.
Yeah Trump should give up his 80% popularity and 80+ million voters because he’s a “lightning rod”. Whatever the f that means
