The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is set to hear a number of high-profile election fraud cases.
The SCOTUS is now scheduled to consider the voter fraud cases for Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia on February 19, 2021.Justices will hear the cases that allege widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
Among those to be heard are Republican Rep. Mike Kelly’s Pennsylvania election case, pro-Trump lawyer Sidney Powell’s Michigan election case, and attorney Lin Wood’s Georgia election case.
Roger that. Check the web cams over at the super secret underground lair HQ staging area of the fbi/doh-j...Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz! The supremes may look at it but nobody is going to do anything that has the legal authority to do so. We bring a hundred million votes, they bring a hundred and fifty million votes. In retrospect, we should have seen it. They were totally un-engaged in campaigning during the run up to 11/3-4. Now we know why. It was a done deal that started 1/20/2017.
You are 100% CORRECT, IMO, though I am NOT a lawyer but rather am just an old soldier.

my bet is that the 3 Trump appointees will side with the Democrats on this issue because they are afraid of the wrath the Media-Dem Party would gin up against them.
I agree. An added advantage is that proof of a stolen election will undermine the legitimacy of the Biden/Harris administration, which will weaken their ability to cause damage to our precious republic. Of course, the result will be downplayed, ignored or denied by the MSM and the rest of the left.

This is nonsense. The Court will conference on February 19 and decide whether to grant cert or not. They are not meeting to hear a case, they are meeting to decide what cases they will hear. Every case filed goes through this, so it is not much of a victory. Only a tiny minority of considered cases are granted cert and heard.

Included in the cert pool is:
L. Lin Wood, Jr. v. Brad Raffensperger, Georgia Secretary of State, et al., No. 20-799
LOL! I guess so. Sorry.
Is this hearing the cases or is this agreement to discuss them in conference meaning they might hera them.
Don’t get too excited. Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett are McConnell people, Roberts is a Bush puppet and we still only have Thomas and Scalia as genuine conservatives.
Amy Phony Barrett
I think ALL of Trump’s appointments that went through the Senate had to meet Peking Mitch’s endorsement and all of them were and are deep state puppets of his
She is a fraud
That's our last hope and the reason we need to keep fighting.
If we can fix the election cheating going forward, we stand a good chance of taking back the House and Senate before 2024 - in which case Trump could run for president and win (for a third time, actually).
Sometimes things happen for a reason. Would it have been better for Trump to have had his second term at this juncture, where there are still many disloyal never-Trumpers in the GOP who will continue to ally with Democrats to oppose every single good thing he tries to do?
Wouldn't it be better for us to primary out the disloyal never-Trumpers and give Trump a better crop of senators and congressmen to work with in 2025?
We owe it to Trump and his movement to do this.
Excellent point. Zuckerberg, Dorsey, Gates, Bloomberg and Soros are power mad megalomaniac. And there are others out there we don’t even know.
Absolutely
My guess is the Senate approved them because they are Mitch people.
You left off the most likely outcome... Congress does NOTHING.
Look again, that was the first option.
It was first, I just didn’t bold it.
