I just got off the phone with my friend who’s 80. She’s in great shape, hikes 10 miles a couple times a week — a force of nature. She got her first shot this week. When she got home she was so exhausted she took a nap, which she NEVER does. She slept for three hours, got up and felt “wonderful”.
