I think it’s about the report that McCarthy called Trump and asked him to “call off” his supporters, who according to McCarthy were breaking into his offices. Exactly how Trump was supposed to do this isn’t clear, but apparently he gave an angry answer to McCarthy. There is a witness, at least by hearsay, a Dem whom McCarthy supposedly told about this. So that’s no doubt what is behind this.

If that had happened, Trump would have then took ownership of the riot. A set up.
They weren’t Trump’s supporters who were breaking in at that particular spot in the timeline.
Trumps tweets, during the capitol protest, distinctly said “No Violence” - I do remember that. So, no matter the conversation with Mccarthy - PDJT did what he could at the time to quell it. This is so widely known, and nullifies any stupid phone argument.
