I used to hate mcpain, but this piglet has replaced my feeling for him with her mouth.
In my 67 years I have had some bad things done to me by some bad people. I do not hate or despise any of them. If they come up in conversation as an example or relating why something happened, I feel nothing emotional about them.
I long ago decided that hate did nothing to the object of that hate, but it did do very real things to me. Therefore, I feel nothing toward these people.
Out of interest, I thought about the worst two. One was a neighbor who stalked me and caused a couple of lawsuits. I felt pity. Another was a sociopath at work who spent his time trying to get me fired. Eventually, he managed to take away my charge numbers, for jobs I had sold to the customer. That got me laid off. He’s still working and i felt pity for the people working under him. But, otherwise, nothing.
