U.S. President Joe Biden on Thursday said the coronavirus vaccination program he inherited from Donald Trump was in "much worse shape" than he had expected, while urging patience and also announcing the government has bought 200 million more doses.
"We're not going to have everything fixed for a while, but we're going to fix it," Biden said in remarks at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
With demand for the vaccine far outstripping supply, Americans are struggling to get appointments for their inoculations, leaving Biden with an acute problem less than a month after taking over from Trump.

Isn’t it interesting that President Trump would offer and/or provide any help a state needed, but at the same time allow that state to operate autonomously.

Seems to me that Biden has already had more time in office with a vaccine than Trump did.
Each dose thrown into the garbage is more time to keep the economy locked down and closer to a collapse. These DemonKKKrats want to destroy Capitalism and the pandemic is a vehicle to make that happen. Bank on it.
Available vaccines here are now half of what they were when Trump was still in office.
If we look at the numbers, Biden’s people severely slowed distribution of the Trump vaccines. Where’s our Trump vaccine, Slow Joe?
We have a dumb other side, with a dumb media. Most of my Japanese friends here in Japan, knows that DJT expedited the vaccine production.
Gee sure seems to me like Donald Trump was very proactive with CV19. The guy made a CV19 task force, cut off foreign travel into the US, endorsed HCQ+ as the proven treatment it is (which the dems promptly shot down, no doubt with pre-planned actions), got HUGE medical service ships into NY and LA which werent even used, got massive quantities of PPE and vents where needed and sooo much more, AND put up with daily attacks from the liberal/socialist/globalist/communists.
Trump found and implemented solutions to problems. Thats what he does! Biden and his handlers make excuses for problems. Thats what they have always done!
*I still think that this country and its constitution is screwed without massive civil protest.
