Biden administration sitting on $1 trillion in unspent COVID-19 relief funds

Before the Biden administration takes another $1.9 trillion out of the nation’s wallet for COVID-19 relief, fiscal hawks are urging the White House to first spent about $1 trillion in unspent previously approved virus money.

According to a Republican Study Committee tally, $4 trillion has already been appropriated for relief, and Biden’s plan would grow that 50%, an amount even GOP supporters of a big coronavirus package call too rich.

The government is sitting on about $1 trillion in unspent money. House leaders have asked the administration to identify that funding, but so far, the White House has refused.

“Unfortunately, the only ones who have those details are in the Biden administration, but they’re being tight-lipped,” said a GOP source.

How many Americans would willingly take out a $1,400 loan with a 328% interest rate? None. But thanks to Joe Biden, you won't have a choice.

— RSC (@RepublicanStudy) February 10, 2021 That lack of transparency is just one of several issues dogging the new president and his team as they slowly get a vaccine out and try to deliver economic help to the ailing public.

What’s been delivered so far is an impressive list that has kept many afloat. The list from the RSC, chaired by Indiana Rep. Jim Banks, is based on an analysis from the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget and includes:

I still say nobody is getting that $1,400. Why? Because democrats never give away free money unless they get a kickback. They’ll immediately give $30 million to Pakistan for gender studies only because someone member of the Rat/RINO uniparty of treason will get $3 million in return, but who is getting a cut of this $1,400? Nobody which is why it’s taking forever to release and it never will be released unless the people agree to take only $1000 and the other $400 goes to someone like Schumer.

Whatever they decide to give me, I’ll work with; I’ve a tooth that’s gone nuclear.

I would imagine there are 300 different scripts being discussed on dispersing the money, and avoiding 50-percent of the people who really need the money.

It wouldn’t surprise me if NY City and California got half of the money to cover their debt issues.

Trump's people know where it is, that would make a hell of a 'return' speech to specifically unveil where that $1T is at, how easy it is for Xiden to get to it.

I think you're more right than you know -- the delay until March is to guarantee 2Q2021 doesn't begin the inevitable Xiden Recession; but I also think they are poll-testing what they can get away with for the 'ask', the strings-attached to this $1,400, which will certainly be some fealty to Moloch.

I can see a banner year coming for the National Endowment for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Humanities. And Nancy a nobel for it.

The debate over details is amusing—the national debt is going to face a default—it is just a question of _when_ that is going to happen.

It will probably be in the form of a “new currency”. The best time to make such a move would be during wartime so that everyone will be told they are doing their patriotic duty by obeying and turning in their old currency to get the new one.

Once you _know_ you are going bankrupt, you might as well partee on as long as you can....

That 1 trillion is earmarked for the retroactively created “Federal COVID-19 Election Integrity Agency” that was managed by Smartmatic/Dominion Voting Systems ...

We have a winner. But.....COVID. Using Covid as the cover let's them duck the decades of fiscal irresponsibility and lets the plebes focus on that.

The natives may fall for the propaganda (or not) but it is the foreign countries that get _really_ irritated when you default on your currency.

Sometimes they get irritated enough to declare war on you.

Hearing aids, full lower denture needs replacing, uppers are my own, but have shifted into a OVERBYTE. SS DOESN’T GO FAR, when your COLA RAISE IS $14.00 WITH A MEDICARE HIKE OF $148.00.

My 2 small dogs food cost more than that $14.00. I buy quality USA MADE Kibble for them, cheaper than vet bills.

How's that for transparency ?
