I always thought that offering to pay people for their vote was illegal.
As you may have noticed, we live in a two-tiered system of justice. One set of laws for important Democrats, another set of laws for everyone else. Biden (or any other important Democrat) can do anything he damn well pleases and knows he will never be prosecuted.
