There is a theory that it ***may*** not prevent transmission, however if someone actually applied logic and thought, one would arrive at these conclusions.
1. Asynptomatic transmission does not occur (multiple studies)
2. Any presumed infection while vaccinated is asymptomatic
3. Ergo, transmission will not occur.
If A=B and B=C, then A=C
However, there is theory based on “not enough time” that it cannot be definitevely said that vaccine does not prevent transmission, this is a far cry from, it does not prevent transmission
