Georgia prosecutors have launched a criminal investigation into former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the state's election results, NBC News confirmed Wednesday.
The investigation by Fulton County prosecutors will look into a damning phone call that Trump made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger while he was still president in which Trump begged him to "find" the votes to reverse President Joe Biden's victory.

No observers, chain of custody, running the same ballots through multiple times, out of state voters, et al.

I hope they bring it and soon because if they do, it will be the biggest victory for Trump and the American People in court history and no doubt these political hack single digit IQ prosecutors will be scurrying to dismiss charges and looking for a rock to hide under.

How about looking into the deal Raffensperger made with Stacy Abrams to not validate signatures for mail-in ballots. Not only is it unconstitutional but criminal as far as I’m concerned.
Sincere efforts to get an honest count on the vote is NOT a criminal enterprise. This is the greatest example of collective CYA that has ever been engaged on at a massive scale in the US.
taken out of context - the whole conversation was made available at the time and the statement in question follows POTUS pointing out all of the votes stolen. Georgia in initiating a dishonest investigation.

I wish you were correct, but as of this date to my knowledge there has been no legitimate investigation of what took place in Fulton County.
We have the video. What took place on that video was a felony under both Georgia and federal law. It’s written in the election laws..... votes must be counted in the presence of observers and/or the media. They were not. The ballots that were counted were segregated and hidden under a table. Why? To make matters worse, right there on the video, the lady in charge ran the same stack of ballots through the machine multiple times? Yep, nothing to see.
Oh, by the way, there were media reports and affidavits that this same lady in charge told the observers that counting was done and they had to leave because of a “water leak.”
The “dump” went almost all for Biden with a percentage that far exceeded prior counts. Ironically, the military ballots were the same... heavily for Biden despite opposite results throughout the country.
The same lady in charge is on video surreptitiously involved in the pass of a probable thumb drive with her mother and another male. This is done in a room full of people and appears to me like a drug exchange in that they “palm” the item and keep it close to their body and immediately hide it in their pocket. Why?
The same lady in charge walks over to the “crime scene tape” in the counting room and glances up and down the hallway to make sure the observers were gone before she pulls out the ballots from underneath the table. It is the same kind of mannerism one sees from a shoplifter before they pocket the merchandise.
The workers in the room, who had all the energy of a DOT road crew prior to that, suddenly spring to action for a few hours to count those ballots.
Yep, nothing to see. Why was this not investigated? Yet, now they investigate Trump.
It is time for us to face reality. The left controls the institutions in this country to include those we look towards for justice and equal rights. Sure, we can point this stuff out and shake our fist in the air, but thanks to feckless GOPe politicians in the state legislatures there is little we can do. It will be Benghazi and Russian collusion delusion hearings volume 2. A little noise and nothing more.

Pay attention please. The media headlines falsely imply the state is investigating. Nope. It’s a newly elected Democrat in Fulton County.
A criminal case would allow ALL the evidence and proof to be examined. The evidence these GA hacks have been so desperately hiding would come out under a court subpoena.
They will NEVER bring such a case against Trump. So why is this in the news?
Because Rebecca and Julia are playing their liberal viewers to keep the Anti-Trump fervor going during the sham impeachment.
