OANN CEO Robert Herring offers Lou Dobbs a new home on the competing cable news network.
One America News Network CEO Robert Herring seemingly offered a job to former-Fox Business host, Lou Dobbs, after his former network fired him following a lawsuit from Smartmatic, one of the voting machine companies accused of being complicit in widespread fraud in the 2020 election.
“One America News would like Lou Dobbs to get in contact with us,” wrote Herring. “We may have a position available for you in which you wouldn’t be censored for speaking the truth!”
Dobbs’ show was cancelled by Fox Business after he and Fox News were served with a $2.7 billion lawsuit from Smartmatic.

Fox is sued because their hosts, including Dobbs, reported that machines were involved in alleged fraud. Isn’t that what the news is supposed to do? Report.
Some people love their work. I’m sure Dobbs would do it for free if that was his only option.
He’s probably the best in the business with decent integrity to go with it.
if they really wanted LD on their team, there were dozens of ways of reaching out that don’t smell like a PR stunt.

Well exactly... the PR nature of it makes it likely that LD won’t accept....
so, they don’t give a damn about LD, they’re just trying to manipulate his fox business channel viewers.
and the behavior of most of the posters in this thread are proving that it was smart to manipulate angry, irrational people; it works.

My thoughts exactly. Not much of a media company if they can’t figure out how to contact him.
Good one.
You’re too clever for the likes of me.
You’re right.
I think you’re right.
For years I watched Hannity, Tucker, Ingram, faithfully and Lou Dobbs occasionally. Never Bret Baier, as he is almost as insufferably as Chris Wallace whom is the worst.
Over the past year I watched Lou Dobbs more and more and the above less. Lou Dobbs did not “pull his punches” due to network pressure. The above did.
Lou Dobbs was honest and honorable. That is why he was fired. I would hope he goes to OAN but would not blame him for just retiring. He has done his duty well.
Thank you Mr. Lou Dobbs.
I had hoped OAN would make him an offer. But I’m wondering if he has a more important role to play in the architecture of a Free Financial / Tech / Media infrastructure, that can be insulated from assault by the Powers that Suck?
