The intro was slow cause it consisted of a lot of kissing the jurors (Senators) asses, but that is the audience. He picked it up quite a bit after that. Hopefully he didn’t lose his main audience the American people.

TODAY, we are submitting our legal analysis directly to the U.S. Senate, detailing exactly how unconstitutional this trial is:
1 - The Chief Justice of the United States isn’t serving as the presiding officer – something the Constitution requires: “When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside.” (Art. I, Sec. 3)
2 - The Constitution provides for the impeachment of “The President,” not a former President. (Art. II, Sec. 4)
3 - You can’t impeach a private citizen – legally, that amounts to an unconstitutional bill of attainder. (Art. I, Sec. 9)
Reps. Swalwell (the subject of the FOIA lawsuit we just filed regarding his connection to a Chinese spy), Raskin, Lieu, and the other radical Left impeachment managers are attempting to pull political stunts.

I had not heard before that a second Capitol Police officer had also committed suicide. Has anyone heard the motives for either person’s suicide? Shame, despair, complicity??

The only cause of death I heard for officer Sicknick was his skull was beaten with a fire extinguisher. Also reported he was a Trump supporter.
