Twenty-four federal judges are claiming senior status, most in an effort to give Democrat President Joe Biden an opportunity to appoint their replacement, according to multiple media reports.
When including federal judges that had already taken senior status before Biden was elected, there are now more than 70 appointments waiting to be filled, Breitbart reports.
Though one judge said his decision had nothing to do with politics, the San Francisco Chronicle noted, "it seems like no coincidence that, out of 24 federal judges who have taken senior status or announced intentions to do so since election day, 17 were appointed by Democratic presidents. Most of them were eligible for senior status during Donald Trump's presidency but chose to wait."
An unidentified Ninth Circuit judge told the Los Angeles Times: "Clinton judges across the country have just been holding on" for a Democrat to appoint their successor.
Trump appointed 54 appeals court judges in his one term, only one less than President Barack Obama appointed in two terms in office. Trump was also able to name conservative judges to the traditionally liberal Ninth Circuit as well as other circuits.
I ask once more, name one significant institution in America with courage and integrity enough to stand for conservatism and the Constitution.
The judiciary is a political body and should not have lifetime appointments.
So much for fantasies about a non-politcal unbiased judiciary.

It’s incredible how every institution has lost its original values.
1. This happens every time. Partisan judges wait until their side is in office so their side can hold that seat. In that, this is nothing new.
2. Stall, Stall, Stall. Delay, Delay, Delay. Republicans in the Senate need to drag their feet and slow everything down as much as possible. Then if Republicans regain a majority in the Senate in the midterms (Warnock in Georgia and Kelly in Arizona are up for re-election in 2 years), they need to refuse to confirm one single appointment Biden makes. We especially need to hope nobody on the Supreme Court steps down or croaks in the next year and a half.

All this is rationalized by the cancerous ideology of postmodernism, often called critical theory, a world in which logic is irrelevant, skin color is everything, 2+2 does not equal 4.
Not only have we lost our institutions but we are in the process of losing our minds.
Chief Justice Roberts will no doubt be shocked to learn of the existence of “Clinton judges”.

Just stall. That’s all. Their good at stalling and not getting things done. It comes naturally to them. Hell, even frauds like the Turtle and Pierre Delecto get to pretend like they’re resisting.
I see no way any longer to repair this nation other than people pulling their children out of the education system in this country where their kids are being indoctrinated!! I honestly am completely shocked at what is happening in the nation right now our constitution has become meaningless!!
The corrective measures required to save America would have little trouble solving this problem as well.
Anyone else marveling that when Deep State buys them, they STAY bought. Politicians, judges, bureaucrats...

It is not just the power of teachers unions, it is the death grip on our understanding of reality that progressivism imposes on us that corrupts not just our school system but our political system, now our economic system, our justice system and every other system or institution, born of the Constitution, that protects us.
It is not by accident that progressives bang on about "systemic" prejudice.
