Just to rub salt on the wound the ACLU has also publicly announced that is will only focus on “social justice” cases and is no longer pursuing first amendment rights violation cases. Now that they have achieved their socialist objectives we don’t need to worry about defending those who still disagree. All of this is quite consistent with the CCP collectivist model of government that places group control and harmony over the rights of the individual. This was the essence of Confucianism.

The problem they all have is that they ‘assert a negative’. Claiming there’s ‘no fraud’ is only possible after thoroughly investigating, doing real audits that look at the forensics and scrutinize any irregularities.
As this has never been done they’re asserting something they cannot possibly know.
This is the classic leftist trick—quote “experts” who are lying dirtbags as “proof” of the leftist propaganda.
In another update to the 2021 Stylebook they also said “that there was no widespread persecution of the Jews during World War Two. The few events that took place were concentrated to a very few locations and accusations of a broader persecution are disputed by official sources in Iran, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and George Soros.”
They also say you can’t refer to Muslim terrorists as Muslim terrorists.
This doesn’t play well. Since no one really trusts the press to tell the truth intentionally, they are essentially admiting there was serious fraud.
Actually this itself is fake news, for the actual claims is "[T]here was no widespread fraud in the election," and the key and misleading word here is "widespread," for fraud and errors need not be widespread in order to change an election outcome.
