I hereby ban Twitter for all time! They are no longer allowed on ANY of my screens! I’m sure that in short order, Twitter will be the most boring place to be online, next to Facebook.
And that Rasputin looking CEO is the most desperate need of being put in his place. Zuck U2!
He’s kind of nutty, but he’s aiming at the enemy, which is enough for me at this point.
The next system needs to be more robust, implemented on a blockchain and distributed so the silicon valley mob can’t deplatform the next Parler.

This definitely belongs into the” you can’t make this s**t up” folder - unless you’re from Orwell’s “ministry of truth”.
“civic integrity policy”! Orwell feels jealous - he wishes he had come up with that term.
We conservatives have been placed in the digital ghetto.
Luckily I’ve been very content with Free Republic for 25 years. But ironically I just discovered Twitter—and the glories of it, and it is glorious—right before the election, and now everybody interesting is being tossed from it. And Facebook is great for organizing and effecting change (like recalling school board members, for example).

The real ghettos are Facebook and Twitter. Never been a member of Twitter or Facebook. I consider them a complete and total waste of time, not to mention a degrader of one's quality of life, a nest of far left vipers and a way to feed the crocodile that wants to destroy you.
However, I joined Gab and its been glorious. I love the community and there is the “block” or “mute” to permanently remove from your sight, the occasional deranged left wing lunatic that manages to sneak through, so you don't even have to know they exist.
I see a lot of Hoft on FreeRepublic.
And it seems like a lot of FReepers would be happy if he was banned here too, in complete agreement with Twitter.

Gab has gone through enormous growing pains as millions flocked to it over the past few weeks. It has stabilized for the most part but still goes down or slows to a crawl all too often. But so far this morning, it's humming.
My main complaint about Gab is that most of the big name conservatives have not come over. I'm thinking they are spooked by Gab's reputation (propagated by the MSM) that they are a haven for racists and nazis.
I actually saw more of that on Twitter to be honest. I've had to block a few users on Gab but nothing like on Twitter where I was sometimes blocking dozens of users a day for their angry and hateful comments.
The problem is. . .if everyone is just talking in their own echo chambers, there is less debate (so gets boring) and no opportunity to get conservative ideas out. Twitter is where the public is. It’s like the new public square.
