Is this hard evidence of illegal ballots in Detroit? The Gateway Pundit now claims that the TCF Center finally released security footage showing that witnesses were telling the truth.

Several Republican witnesses claimed that, after the cut-off for ballots arrived in Detroit, Michigan, truckloads of late-arriving ballots showed up at the TCF Center, where votes were being counted. Immediately after these ballots arrived, President Trump abruptly lost his lead of over 100,000 votes. The Gateway Pundit website now claims that the TCF Center finally released security footage showing that these witnesses were telling the truth.

The TCF Center was the site of some peculiar activity even before the center was supposed to close to newly submitted ballots. It was here that Detroit City Officials covered windows with cardboard to prevent observers from watching the vote count. In addition to this violation of the statutory right to observe the vote count, election observers in Detroit executed sworn affidavits saying that they witnessed truckloads of ballots arriving on November 3 at 10:30 p.m. and again on November 4 at 3:30 a.m. The deadline for new ballots to appear was on November 3 at 8 p.m.

Democrats inside and outside of the email dismissed these affidavits. They were the paranoid delusions of partisan fanatics.

The Gateway Pundit, though, wasn’t ready to walk away from these claims. Instead, two months ago, the site requested video footage from the TCF Center for the wee hours of November 4, long after the ballots should have stopped arriving. The Gateway Pundit finally received the footage a week ago and, since then, has poured through hundreds of hours of security camera footage. According to The Gateway Pundit, the footage revealed that, just as the witnesses said, 50 boxes of ballots arrived at around 3:30 in the morning:

You need to have evidence that ties the van, the people, where the van came from, what it picked up, what’s inside the boxes, how the ballots if that what they were, were input into the voting machines counted or whatever otherwise it means NOTHING.

An organized burglary gang takes over the government of your small town.

It gets its people hired to most of the positions in local media - television and newspaper.

The police force is replaced by members of the burglary gang.

He reports the burglary to the "police", and they tell him he's crazy, and a conspiracy theorist.

He goes to the local government and media, and they laugh the "conspiracy theorist" out of their buildings and offices.

Who is going to investigate your crazy conspiracy theories about your non-existent "burglary", maddog55?

You know their excuse for taping cardboard over all the windows while they worked on paper ballots inside? To prevent a passerby from peering into a window and seeing a name and address of a voter, thus violating their privacy and security.

Yes, you can laugh now. All night.

And the one about the little red wagon being pulled in from a van: it was the regular method of the video team from WXYZ-TV News and they always use a little red wagon. Nots a vote trove.

So the news media used that example over and over and over to say “See? See? Trump people make up silly stories and the election was not stolen at all.”

Now your just making stuff up...

I never said ballots used for fraud weren’t there. Never said there wasn’t fraud and yes I believe there was.

Prove the boxes delivered were ballots used to change the outcome at that polling center. You can’t by that video. If you had a video timeline of several videos that shows once the boxes were delivered, the same boxes are moved into the polling center, once in the polling center, those same boxes are opened and you see them being entered in the scanners or whatever they used to count them then you’d have something but you’d still need more.

You need to look at this as a provable case in court and the video means nothing by itself.

What - three months after the fact?

The two hotbeds of 2020 vote fraud are resisting mightily showing the "ballots".

Maricopa is under imminent threat from the Arizona legislature, and Fulton is claiming that they don't have to show the ballots for two years, if ever.

Michigan is mostly a lost cause, because the Michigan Mean Girls stole the 2018 election and got away with it.

Now, they're entrenched - which is why they were able to slow-walk this video release from their vote fraud factory for three months.

Pennsylvania and Wisconsin - fuggedaboutit.

The Wisconsin fraud was flat-out admitted by everyone ivolved, and Philly is the Original Dirty 110% Democrat Turnout Factory.

Since it’s a federal election it’s Federal Criminal Jurisdiction

Federal criminal jurisdiction over the activities described below can generally be obtained when those activities take place:

In elections where a federal candidate’s name is on the ballot.

In any election (federal or nonfederal), when the fraud involves the necessary participation of an election official acting “under color of law.”

In connection with voter registration. The fact that voter registration is “unitary” in all 50 States (a citizen registers once to become eligible to vote for both federal and nonfederal candidates) confers federal jurisdiction regardless of the type of election.

In connection with the misuse, or unauthorized trespass, involving a computer system used in connection with an election, to the extent that the misuse or trespass is conducted “under color of law.”

The video proves nothing unless you have evidence as to what was in the boxes and how it was used.

The Democrats & media will either ignore the video, or claim the boxes contained something else, or say the video took place before Nov. 3 at 8PM.

The video isn't time-stamped... is it? GP tells us the boxes arrived in the wee hours of the morning. How do we know that's true?

The video proves nothing unless you have evidence as to what was in the boxes and how it was used.

Well, actually, it confirms that there were boxes that matched the witness descriptions brought in at the time they said they were brought in, and which contradicts the officials and the skeptics.

It now proceeds to identifying what was in the box.
