The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday scheduled several high-profile contest-of-election lawsuits, including ones brought by attorneys Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, and the Trump campaign, for consideration at its Feb. 19 conference.
According to a case listing, the lawsuits include Sidney Powellâs Michigan case (20-815), the Trump campaignâs Pennsylvania lawsuit (20-845) and Wisconsin lawsuit (20-882), the Pennsylvania lawsuit brought by Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) (20-810), and Lin Woodâs Georgia case (20-799).
No, the Supreme Court said any vote cast after election day is illegal. Votes cast on or before election day are counted after election day in virtually every state.
That is good to know
Look - there’s hundreds of lawsuits about two dozen of which have been decided and 14 out of 21 or so according to the X 22 report we decided in trumps favor
Now that the pressure is off and the Democrats have “Stalin in it” then courts can start to slowly but surely see the evidence and they’re not gonna have any choice but to decide on the fact of the matter ( unless they really are as corrupt as we suspect they might be ).
but then you’re talking about many many different courts in different states they’re not all corrupt. I think a lot of it during the November 3 to January 20. Was they didn’t want their house towards door to be shot in the middle of the night but now they know that that pressures off
Will they Cut their own throats ?
Arizona needs to throw their hats in, as well as Nevada. Dead people and illegals voting, multiple state voting, all of it needs to come out into the light
Expect nothing lofty from those people.

We also need conservatives to apply to be poll workers and count votes, especially in some particular counties and states. We can continue whining or do something.
That is so funny because I debated putting it like that in my post. We think alike! lol
It's settled: From now on they are known as SKCOTUS !
The court is abdicated it's duty completely.
Here's how it actually works:
Suits prior to the election - Speculative. The court does not accept or entertain speculative cases. The merits of the case are not considered.
Suits during the election - Ripeness. The suit is not ripe. The court will not accept or entertain cases that fail the 'ripeness' test. The merits of the case are not considered.
Suits after the election - Moot. The suit is moot as the election has been accepted by the political process. The court will not accept or entertail cases that are moot. The merits of the case are not considered. The court lets you have the illusion of justice.
We're in stage 3 now.
The supremes have had time to cosy up and figure out how they’re going to handle this. It will get flushed and then they will go back into hiding. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Have you noticed the flurry of FBI busts of pedofiles and sex traffickers the last few days? Evidently the Bureau’s publicity office has been told to get their ass in gear.

No, that is NOT what they said.
You didn't listen to their oral argument, nor read their decision.
What they said was, the federal election is a SINGLE day. That the election can't be canvassed for days or weeks on end. It must be consummated on "the day." That it must occur uniformly, throughout the U.S., on a given DAY in November.
The very reason why we have the Presidential Election Day Act is because from 1787 until 1844, Congress allowed individual states to select election dates. The result was a patchwork of elections held at different times.
Knowledge of voting results in early voting states could affect voter turnout. In a close election, later voting states and last-minute voters had the power to to sway the outcome of the entire election. The large window to conduct and canvass elections across the states also enabled voter fraud (as we clearly saw last November).
The Presidential election of 1944 was the last straw. It lasted for weeks (November 1 – December 4, 1844), and there were rampant accusations of vote fraud. [1][2]
Presidential Election Day Act of 1845 was born and from the 1848 Presidential election till today, we have a SINGLE federal election DAY when the results must be finished (save for an official state sanctioned recount).
The clear fact remains, the 2020 Presidential Election was NOT consummated, it was NOT finished, it was NOT decided on Election Day as required by law and and decided by a unanimous Supreme Court decision.
President Trump was the winner on election day.
