"And gives the government the time to get their NASA SLS up and running."

Oh hell no, NASA is a Mooslimb outreach program. Xiden's puppet-state will nationalize SpaceX. Probably in the next year.

The smells like Jeff Bezos has bought Biden or someone at the FAA.

I would be surprised if the FAA has jurisdiction over R&D work by Aerospace manufacturers.

Anyone know of a relevant FAR?

I worked in the rocket industry for 30 years and can say what the hell does the FAA know about launch vehicle systems?

This “help” will not actually do any help accomplish anything regarding this.

Exactly right. FAA whom roles the dice with passenger travel is now going look under every rock regarding this test that didn’t risk lives. Obviously political.

They should move this project to a foreign country.

SpaceX must be punished destroyed. Private enterprise must be discouraged ended. Musk is going to have to move somewhere else to China.

Save the money FAA. It was a self destruct command.

Now y’all go to your anti-Caucasian classes.

An engine failing to fire at the right moment could cause what we saw. A possibility.

An actuality. When you compare SN8 to SN9 testing, you can readily see that the 2nd engine failed, so there was not enough thrust to upright the rocket and land. SpaceX will let us know why the 2nd engine failed to fully ignite. Maybe it was a pump failure. It couldn't be a header tank failure, because the 1st engine ignited and they were both being fed by the header tank at that point.

First, appoint a special, blue ribbon committee, consisting of CEOs of ULA, Northrup Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Jeff Bezos, Maxine Waters and AOC.

Second, schedule the first meeting for January 2022.

Three, issue cease and desist order on SpaceX for the foreseeable future...”for the children”!

Yep. Investigating a prototype crash
Must not have anything better to do. The basic issue was the second engine failed to lite. Why is the only question to be answered.
We already saw a similar accident a month ago..why wasn’t that investigated?
