No, that she would not be required to explain or describe to you or anyone else, assuming she could.
I assume no stance as to whether she was or was not abused any time prior to the Capitol events. She certainly experienced no danger there.

Most politicians are high in narcissism. They have to be. Most of us don’t wake up in the morning thinking, “You know who should be leader of the Free World? Me, that’s who!” and act on it.
One can be high in narcissism without having NPD. That label is bandied about way too much by those who know nothing about it (not unlike dems screeching “Nazi” all the time) which causes dilution of its actual meaning.
Go to the DSM 5, it’s readily available on line, and look at the Cluster B Axis (the low/ no conscience personality disorders). There you will find the *actual* criteria for NPD; five out of nine of the traits listed lasting longer than six months.
Be aware also, that comorbidities exist. A diagnosis of one disorder does not preclude the existence of others coexisting.
Diagnosing mental disorders is often quite complicated, despite what you may believe.
