Trump must have forgot Willards speech dissing him before the 2016 election because he endorsed Willard in 2018.

President Trump for the most part put aside everything that was said in the primaries and that includes, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Rubio etc. Everyone recognizes that primaries will e primaries. You attack your opponents. Biden was viciously attacked by some of the people he has in his cabinet like “bend-over” Pete.
However, voting to impeach a president from your own party is a different matter altogether.
Liz Cheney is dead woman walking. She's done. She will get the same thing that happened to Dem House leader Joe Crowley and GOP House Majority Leader Eric Cantor both of who lost their primaries to an angry electorate, despite the party establishments backing them to the hilt.

There’s only one reason President Trump ever endorsed a candidate: He thought the candidate would win.

Even with Jeff Sessions, Trump was pretty much silent until a couple of weeks before the Alabama primary runoff when a poll came out showing Tuberville with a big lead. THEN it was safe for Trump to endorse him.

Go back over the last four years and do the research. The pattern is unmistakable. Trump will endorse a RINO who wins over a MAGA candidate who is a loser — every time.
