Marc Elias, the election lawyer who represented Democratic challenges to state rules throughout the 2020 election, alleged in a court filing this week that a close congressional race in upstate New York was marred by faulty voting machines.
Republicans have been vilified for making similar claims about the 2020 presidential race.
In the congressional race for New York’s 22nd district, Republican Claudia Tenney currently leads incumbent Democrat Anthony Brindisi by a razor-thin margin of 125 votes. Tenney declared victory on Tuesday, though challenges continue.

Scum bag democrat lawyers ran out of ways to cheat on this one so now they go back to recounting votes from which they get to do more cheating until they win.
They already stole thousands of votes in this race through mail in voting. And the proof still exists.
Verify that every ballot has a voter on the roll. Then verify that every one who supposedly voted is legit. If this were done then the democrats would be caught for the fake cheaters that they are. But even recounts are rigged so that these basic checks will never be done. All they do is recount the same fake votes and they don’t verify where any of them came from.
If people on our side would only use there heads a little bit. The republican won hugely for in person voting. Yet 3 out of 4 mail in votes were against her. I realize the liberals are more likely to vote mail in, but even that cannot account for how lop sided those votes are. The ratio is simply way too high. Conservatives have to stop being so gullible.
