Perhaps. But, I’m not totally up to speed on McCarthy so can’t say.
But, back to zjordan; he caused the GOP to loose the House by his refusal to come up with any private sector solutions for medical coverage. Such as, interstate transportability, competitive pricing, grouping or bundling of like or similar populations, transfer between jobs, others. I don’t know who his puppet master was/is but I know I have no use for him.
There are, perhaps, twenty or so Representatives and a handful of Senators that represent Americans and American interests.
The rest exist solely to line their pockets with chicom and lobbyist cash, America be damned.
If there is no drastic course correction - and soon - we’re finished as “the last, best hope for mankind.”

Everyone I talked to is even more charged up about Trump and killing (analogy) the RINOs. There will be a bloody fight in the midterms.
