Huh? Why do you think Washington’s an armed camp? Why do you think the deep state denizens are so nervous? If some high-up whistleblower should happen to get a dose of conscience and spill the beans on the election cheat, or some actual investigative reporter comes up with the story, Biden and his henchpeople could be out on the street. And much worse. Doesn’t matter if it happens tomorrow or a few years from now.

These people will have the obvious blatant steal hanging over their heads the rest of their lives.

Biden might have been sworn in, but like a crooked sworn-in judge, discovery of corruption can get him sworn out real fast.

I got no issue. He is not presently the President, because the electors impaneled ruled that Biden is the President, and the electors were certified by Congress.

The fact that Congress is made up of corrupt POS liars is not the electors’ faults. They fulfilled their oath.

The election was stolen, but the Commander in Thief got away with it.

The dims could always argue that they did remove him from office by blatantly cheating in the key swing states and therefore seizing the office - so on to phase two...

If they convict, the more fools they. They show how insecure they are, how guilty they are, and they unleash a formidable gadfly for whom they are no match. Cancel his twitter account? Sell all stock in Twitter. Then sell it short, just like the hedge fund a@@holes wanted to do to Gamestop. In the mean time, Trump will Parler and Gab them ‘til their eyes bug out.

Trump may be making a mistake by declaring himself NOT to be the president.

It would be treason for him to declare himself President. Biden was sworn in as President. The only group that could reverse this is the military in the same way they did the Burma election. Even then unless there was overwhelming proof of true fraud (yeah I know there is) there still really isn’t a way for the military to reinstate him as President that I know of. So the only remedy would be to have the milatary take over and have a ballot, in person election with ID. However, if Trump did win it, he can run again in another 4 years - a total of a 12 year Presidency since it wasn’t consecutive terms. Mass Dem suicide then occurs.

Yes. And this Senate Impeachment process would be the only way for Trump to prove his charges of election fraud. Certainly no court in the USA would have given him a hearing, not even the Supreme Court.

But the Senate did. And IMO, Trump threw away his chance to be heard.

The DS needs to be seen as able to unleash a “legal reign of terror”

Life gets a lot easier down the road for them if DJT is shown as susceptible to their whimsy in this regard.

“opposition” melts away..

Looks like he’s leaving out the NBC fraud caused when Harris was certified as VP, despite the definition provided from the Senate Resolution 511 (2007) stating McCain was eligible as NBC because he was born of American citizen parents.

Harris cannot make that statement truthfully. Yet most of the Senate voted to certify her.

“Unites States”????????? -Why can’t Trump hire lawyers who can file a legal brief without spelling errors? Did Rudy put this one together too?

As I see it - The House and Senate handed Trump a rare gift.

There was not one single court in one single state that would even accept or listen to verifiable evidences of election fraud.

But now the this Impeachment scam would have been the perfect opportunity to have Trump’s legal team make their open and shut case.

But as we see their Answers here - they blew it off.

I didn’t read the whole thing; was there anything in the document about voter fraud? If not, does that not negate the reason the last group of atty’s used to drop out?

Upon first blush, I don’t agree with admitting “fight like hell” incited a riot.

Trump always talks about “fight like hell” and from my recollection he said that more in the middle of his speech than at the end. At the end he simply said, lets go down Pennsylvania Ave. to the Capitol and let the GOP know how we feel.

I see no intent to incite nor words that incite a riot here.

I think Tump was talkied into this by these new attorneys. I don’t geree with it.

I missed any argument about the impossibility of President Trump inciting violence because the “violence” started before he finished his speech. Also, even the Corrupt FBI has admitted to evidence leftist rioters had plans to sack the capitol days or weeks before the speech. President Trump’s lawyers need to make the case the violence was incited by the democrats and their Antifa and BLM enforcement arms.

Let’s wager on that. I’m so tired of people making predictions that they don’t actually believe.

So, here’s the bet. If the Senate convicts (Remember, it takes 67 votes for that), I’ll leave FR forever. If it doesn’t, you leave.

Will you accept? Or are you another who posts stuff like this without actually believing it?

By the way, conviction is at 6 cents on predictit. If you max out the bet at 850.00 you’d win more than 13K. You won’t though, just like you want take my bet.
