A Wisconsin man previously accused of firing a shot into the air moments before then-17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse allegedly gunned down three protesters in Kenosha, killing two of them over the summer, was slapped with a new felony arson charge Tuesday after prosecutors say he also lit a dumpster on fire during violent demonstrations earlier that night.
Joshua Ziminski, 35, of Racine, was charged Tuesday with one count of arson, a felony, as well as two misdemeanor offenses of disorderly conduct with a dangerous weapon and obstructing an officer, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.

Mostly peaceful black bloc vigilantes who tried to murder a teenager
“’gunned down’ three ‘protesters’”
Nope.
No bias there.
What? No tattoos on his face?
I zoomed in. He is a nasty looking dude.
“What? No tattoos on his face?”
Probably a lot of bug-marks on what’s left of his face, now that Kyle finally took care of him.
Not only did he do that, but was open carrying to make sure the legit protestors weren't ganged up on by the crazies. Remember, he had just gotten off duty as a Life Guard and decided to just walk down the street in an open carry city. He bothered no one, but was ironically, chased down the street and once 3 "peaceful protestors" tackled him and start beating him, he fired in self-defense.
I've watched the video numerous times and that is what happened according to my lying eyes. Anyone know his legal status?
Is he the guy in the camo pants?
I’ve never met the guy, but I’ll guarantee he’s a tweaker with a long rap sheet.
My question is this: how were so many common criminals recruited to participate in the chaos in Kenosha? Some of them would simply have seen the opportunity and, being the chaotic evil personalities they are, just volunteered themselves. But I don’t buy the idea that it was all spontaneous.
Someone recruited these characters, and got them to show up on the right night, in the right town.
That does not agree with the narrative given by most of the Freerepublic posters. The usual narrative is that Kyle fired back at the people chasing him, then he fell down by tripping, then the guy with the skateboard hit him with the skateboard while he was down. Kyle probably fell down because he was looking backward to see who was chasing.
The usual narrative supports self defense since he was being chased by people while others were yelling that they would do him bodily harm.
I saw that too, and stopped reading. You can't read anything anymore without being slapped in the face with continuous over-exaggerations. These reporters think they're writing dime-store novels.
I noticed the "allegedly" right away. Fox doesn't want anything to do with getting their azz handed to the like Sandmann did to the NYT et al.
This myth still isn’t dead yet?
Kyle wasn’t the one who put out the dumpster fire.
They mistook him for being the guy who did it though
Kyle is going to walk.
It’s about time. Joshua Ziminski’s actions on video looked to me exactly like terrorism. I hope he will spend several decades behind bars, with the other Antifa terrorists.

Yeah, I think so. Looks like they wiped that grin off his face.
SS1
Grey camo pants guy had a beard, but could have shaved it off, I guess.
You can see him in the right side of this video, holding a pistol and standing behind the guy in the maroon colored shirt - the first guy shot by Kyle. The woman with the BLM backpack seemed to be working with grey camo pants guy.
