This speaker asked the question: If black lives matter to liberals, why don't black lives matter in Chicago and Baltimore and other cities where blacks are being killed almost every day? Conservatives seem to be the only ones who worry about them!

If reading that comment makes at least some of them see the democrats don't care about blacks and will only give them enough to keep their votes, and that all they are protesting against happened in cities run by democrats, then I will have accomplished my goal by posting it.

Not sure what you mean by that. In my State cops can arrest for misdemeanors while Citizens Arrest is limited to felonies.
