Very odd since he’s been in congress since winning in 2010. Hmmmm. He had no primary challenger in 2020 and won the general by 59 percent. Not easy to get rid of him.
He won the general with 59% of the vote because its a very red congressional district. It had nothing to do wit him.
Republicans can put a ham sandwich there and he will still win.
