So someone slipped in an E/O to move the 7th Fleet into Lake Michigan to protect Chicago from an impending Japanese aerial attack.

C/I/C Joe blissfully signed the order......then departed to take a nap.

I noticed today that Biden has a “lap teleprompter”, a tablet of some sort that he was reciting from as he sat in a chair appearing to speak extemporaneously.
They tried to avoid showing it on the news but I did a quick rewind and it was visible in a few clips.
